Terms and Conditions — h789 Pakistan Online Gaming

Each individual is permitted to hold one h789 account only. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through any form of disguise — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering at h789, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional information requested during the verification process. You must keep this information up to date. h789 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration details provided by a member.

You are solely responsible for the security of your h789 login credentials. This includes your password, one-time passcodes sent to your registered mobile number, and any two-factor authentication codes. h789 will never ask for your full password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify h789 support immediately and change your password without delay.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your h789 account.
• h789 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it personally.

h789 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is identified. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by h789 may result in account suspension or closure.

h789 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion takes place and no conversion fees are charged at h789.

Deposits: The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at h789: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your h789 wallet typically within 30 seconds for mobile wallet methods and within standard bank processing times for IBFT. h789 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Verified h789 members in good standing can expect withdrawals to be processed within the following timeframes:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: within 30 minutes to 2 hours
• NayaPay and SadaPay: within 1 to 4 hours
• Bank transfer (IBFT): within 1 to 2 business days
• Visa/Mastercard: within 3 to 5 business days

h789 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending verification where h789 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any bonus funds not yet meeting their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Unearned bonus funds will be deducted from the withdrawal amount where applicable.

h789 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including — but not limited to — welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special event offers. Wagering requirements: Most bonuses at h789 carry a wagering requirement — an amount that must be wagered before the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion card. As a general reference, the h789 welcome bonus carries a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.

Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not fully used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified on the individual promotion will expire and be removed from the member's account without compensation.

Additional bonus rules applicable to all h789 promotions:

• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion per eligible member account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h789 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.

This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use h789.life for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any h789 content without prior written permission.
• Use the h789 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any h789 software.

Any breach of this section will result in immediate account termination and h789 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies.

h789 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability from time to time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h789's total liability to any member in connection with the use of h789.life — including any gaming losses, technical errors, or service interruptions — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h789 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from events outside h789's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, mobile network outages, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit or opportunity, whether or not h789 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Actions of third-party service providers, including payment processors and game content providers, beyond h789's direct control.
• The member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes h789's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by h789's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Closure by member: You may close your h789 account at any time by contacting h789 support. Where your account has a positive real-money PKR balance at the time of closure, h789 will process a final withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus funds not yet satisfying their wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

Closure by h789: h789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Chargebacks made in bad faith against h789.
• Operation of multiple accounts.
• Any activity that h789 determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be harmful to the platform or other members.

Where an account is closed by h789 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, h789 may forfeit the entire balance. Where no breach is confirmed, any withheld real-money funds will be returned to the member.

h789 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. When material changes are made, h789 will notify members via account notification or email at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. By continuing to use h789 after the effective date of any amendment, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your account before the revised Terms take effect and receive any remaining real-money balance through the standard withdrawal process.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any provision, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice.
